Leonz International and/or its affiliates ("Leonz") provide website features, products, and services to you when you visit or shop at www.leonz.in, or otherwise use our products or services. Leonz provides these services subject to the following terms and conditions.

By using products or services through www.leonz.in, you unconditionally agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

We may communicate with you by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included in or made available through any Leonz services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and data compilations, is the property of Leonz or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.

TRADEMARKS

Graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through Leonz services are trademarks or service marks of Leonz or its affiliates or content suppliers. Use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

YOUR LOGIN ACCOUNT

If you register on the Leonz portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your devices. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Leonz reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion, without liability to you.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased through www.leonz.in are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier for dispatch.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

You can place an order on our website www.leonz.in

Non-acceptance of an order may occur due to:

  1. The product being out of stock.
  2. Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
  3. Identification of a pricing or product description error.
  4. Failure to meet eligibility criteria for ordering.
  5. Leonz reserves the right to reject any order at any time in its sole discretion.

ONLINE ORDERS

After placing an order, an email/SMS will confirm the order details.

  1. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract occur when your order is dispatched, unless canceled according to our cancellation policy.
  2. Our customer service team is available from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, at [insert contact number/email].
  3. Preauthorization of your payment may occur at order placement. The actual charge happens upon dispatch. Any temporary duplicate charge is only visible until your bank reconciles it.
  4. By registering with Leonz, you consent to receive marketing updates, festive offers, and product information via SMS or WhatsApp.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. Orders can be canceled online via your account before dispatch.
  2. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled. For returns, see our Returns Policy.
  3. Changes to order details must be made within 15 minutes of placing the order.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Payments are accepted in INR only.
  2. Payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX), Netbanking, UPI, Mobile Wallets, and Leonz Gift Cards.
  3. Foreign currency payments will be converted to INR at the payment scheme's rate.
  4. Do not send payment information via email. See our Security & Privacy Policy for details.
  5. Leonz is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access unless caused by negligence on our part.
  6. Cash and cheques are not accepted online.
  7. In case of payment failure, retry ensuring accurate information and stable internet connectivity.
  8. Failed payment reversals usually occur within 7 business days. Contact care@leonz.in with your order number for clarifications.

PRICING POLICY

  1. All prices on the website are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices and offers may change without notice.
  2. If a pricing error occurs, Leonz will contact you to reconfirm or cancel the order.
  3. Leonz strives for consistent pricing across marketplaces but is not responsible for partner-listed price differences.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY / INFORMATION

  1. Products are featured for an exclusive buying experience. Out-of-stock items will only be available once restocked.
  2. If ordered items are unavailable, delayed, or mispriced, we will contact you via your provided email/phone. Unreachable items may be canceled.
  3. Substitutions may occur for unavailable items with prior consent. If the replacement is of higher value, you may pay the difference.

Note: During high-demand periods (festivals, special launches), stock may be limited.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND TITLE

  1. Leonz does not take title to returned items. Refunds or cancellations are at the sole discretion of Leonz.
  2. Refunds may be issued as store credit or coupon codes.
  3. Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

Note: High-demand periods (festivals, seasonal promotions) may affect product availability.
