All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order:

  • We will fulfill the available items.
  • We will contact you to choose between awaiting restocking or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. The checkout shipping cost is final.

2.2 International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. Once dispatched:

  • Orders cannot be canceled.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes levied by their government.
  • Leonz is not liable for refunds if customs charges are not paid.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time

  • Domestic shipments: 5–7 business days
  • International shipments: 5–10 business days

3.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday–Saturday (excluding national holidays). We make every effort to minimize delays during holidays.

3.3 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery addresses can be updated before the order is dispatched.

3.4 Items Out of Stock

If an item is unavailable, we will cancel and refund that item while dispatching the remaining order.

3.5 Delivery Delays

If your delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact customer service so we can investigate.

4. Tracking Notifications

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress via the shipping provider’s updates and also you can track on website by order id.

5. Parcels Damaged in Transit

  • If the parcel is damaged upon delivery, reject it from the courier if possible, and contact our customer service.
  • If the parcel was delivered without your presence, contact customer service immediately for next steps.

6. Duties & Taxes

All prices displayed on the website include applicable sales tax. Any additional customs duties or local taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
